Prototype and production on the same shop floor
In-house SMT and through-hole assembly, electromechanical build, and system integration. The team that builds your first ten boards builds your first ten thousand, with the same process documentation and the same inspection standard.

- Process documentation
- Work instructions, stencil and reflow profiles, and the station layout
- First article report
- Dimensional and functional evidence signed off before any volume is committed
- Inspection records
- AOI and functional test results, tied to the serial number that carries them
- Serialised traceability
- Component lots recorded against each unit and retained for the field
- Production data pack
- Yields, a defect Pareto, and the corrective actions taken against it
- One transfer, not two: prototype and volume share a process
- Traceability and ESD discipline as standard, not as an upgrade
- Capacity that scales with a pilot run rather than ahead of it
- DFM reviewBefore the first build
- Pilot buildProcess and fixtures proven
- InspectionAOI and functional test
- VolumeScheduled, traceable output

Sectors we deliver into

A purpose-built EMS plant at Chittoor
Nx Gen Manufacturing Services is building a dedicated electronics manufacturing facility in the MSME zone at Gandrajupalle, Chittoor. It is designed around the process rather than fitted into an existing shed: material flow, ESD zoning, and inspection stations were set before the building envelope was fixed.

Architectural renders. Photography replaces these as the building is completed.
Writing from the manufacturing team

What a pilot build should actually prove
A pilot run is not a small production run. It exists to prove the process, the fixtures, and the documentation.

Traceability is a design requirement
Serialisation, marking, and record-keeping decided at design time cost almost nothing. Retrofitted, they cost a line.
Bring us a manufacturing problem
We will tell you what we would do first, and what it would cost to find out.
