What this policy covers

This policy applies to www.nxgeninventors.com and the information you submit through it. It does not cover data we process under a separate agreement in the course of client work, or data you send us directly by email or phone.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into one of the three forms on this site, and only when you submit one:

• Enquiry form — your name, company, work email, the domain and stage you select, and your message.
• Application form — your name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for, the filename of any CV you select, and your message.
• Subscribe form — your email address.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what is required to display the page. We do not build a profile of your visit, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The application form records the filename of a CV you choose; the file itself is not uploaded or stored. If your application progresses we will ask you to send the document by email.

How we use it

To reply to you, and for nothing else. Enquiries go to our support inbox and are read by an engineer. Applications go to the HR inbox and are shared only with the hiring team for that role. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both process the data on our behalf in order to deliver the message. Your submission is not written to a database on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained in our email system for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live. Speculative applications are kept for six months, as stated on the careers page, and applications for a specific role are kept for the duration of that hiring process.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@nxgeninventors.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights — such as the EU under the GDPR, or India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — those rights apply and we will honour them.
